Hello! I hope this message finds you well. My name is Danielle Skogen, and I am the current co-president of MH Sunrise Rotary, I am also one of the Regional Facilitators of our District's "Reach the Summit" Workshop. I am reaching out because on September 29th at 6pm, Karen Blewett (M H Rotary Ignite) and I will be leading the "Reach the Summit" Workshop for all clubs in Medicine Hat. This is a District event, that we have been asked to lead locally, and we are really excited! Reach the Summit is all about helping Rotary Clubs create a strong vision for what they want to acheive this Rotary year (and beyond), using the supportive framework of the Rotary Action Plan. Together we will explore ways each of our Clubs can continue to do more and more meaningful work, and come together to set clear goals and priorities. There will be opportunities to reflect on the Rotary Action Plan more globally, and also plenty of time to set goals and get clear on priorities for your own Club. Our aim to ensure that all four Clubs are in attendance, with a goal of at least 3-4 members per Club (ideally with all Club Presidents in attendance). Overall, this session is meant to be a supportive session for Clubs to help their President, leadership, and members create a strong vision for the year ahead. (If you have new members, this is also a great opportunity for them to better understand Rotary and commit to clear action in your Club.) Event Details: The event will occur on September 29th from 6:00-8:30 PM at The Cypress Club - a plated dinner (order off the menu) and refreshments will be provided free of charge. Ideally we would like all presidents to do the following: 1) Confirm their personal attendance 2) Share the event with their Clubs via email as soon as possible, and also verbally in upcoming meetings 3) Personally aim to recruit 3+ Club members to attend I am here to answer any questions and greatly appreciate your support!"

At this meeting, we will have the pleasure of welcoming DEBORAH FORBES to our meeting.

Deborah will be talking about the LEARN organization.

RotarianTerry Brekko will focus our attention and learning on The Rotary Foundation.

Rotarian Alain Guerard has succeeded in getting the Base Commander of Suffield to come to our noon meeting on Monday 16 November.

Please bring family and friends for what is going to be an interesting meeting!

We have yet to decide what format this FELLOWSHIP meeting will take!
